This is a hands-on, high-impact support role where your work directly improves customer experience, reduces operational friction, and keeps complex systems running smoothly.

As a Business Support Analyst III, you take ownership of complex support cases across a multi-client platform. You work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose issues, drive resolutions, and improve overall service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex application and system issues across multiple products
  • Manage support tickets end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality responses
  • Communicate directly with clients via tickets, calls, and screen sharing
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve issues effectively
  • Prioritize workload based on business impact and service level agreements
  • Support releases transitioning into BAU and ensure operational readiness
  • Drive continuous improvements across processes, documentation, and support delivery
  • Create and maintain knowledge base content and share expertise within the team

Qualifications

Must haves

  • Experience in customer-facing software or application support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across technical systems and business processes
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk or similar)
  • Solid SQL and database knowledge
  • Experience with JSON, system integrations, and Linux/command line
  • Strong prioritization skills and ownership mindset

Nice to have

  • Python or scripting experience
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g. Couchbase)
  • Familiarity with tools such as VS Code, curl, or SQL Server tools
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (IIS, XML, CSS)
  • Insurance industry exposure
