Following continued growth across the London Market and internationally, we're expanding our Commercial team and are looking for experienced insurance professionals who want to be part of something genuinely exciting.
The Opportunity
- This isn't a traditional Account Manager position. You'll become a trusted strategic partner to some of the world's leading brokers, carriers and specialty insurers, helping them maximise the value of the Whitespace platform while supporting their digital transformation journeys.
- From onboarding new customers to developing long-term executive relationships, you'll own the customer experience from end to end – ensuring every client receives exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand adoption across their business.
- As Whitespace continues its impressive growth, you'll join a high-performing Account Management and Commercial team that's building lasting partnerships with many of the biggest names in specialty insurance.
- You'll work alongside Product, Support, Integrations and Commercial colleagues, giving customers a direct voice into the future development of the platform.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
- Build trusted relationships with brokers, carriers and insurance organisations across the London Market
- Lead successful onboarding and implementation of the Whitespace platform
- Become the primary commercial contact for your portfolio of strategic customers
- Deliver engaging platform demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
- Understand each customer's business objectives and help them maximise value from the platform
- Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and support business growth
- Partner closely with Product, Support and Integrations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Conduct regular strategic account reviews using customer insights and performance data
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and revenue forecasts
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate change and embrace digital innovation
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- A strong understanding of insurance placement processes and market terminology
- You'll have built your career within the Specialty or Wholesale Insurance Market
- Perhaps you've spent time working with brokers or carriers, managing client accounts, placing risks or supporting underwriting teams
- Whatever your path, you'll bring a strong understanding of how the London Market operates, enjoy working with customers and be excited by the opportunity to help drive the industry's digital transformation
- You enjoy understanding your clients' challenges, finding practical solutions and becoming a trusted adviser rather than simply managing an account
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Understand the importance of developing trusted, long-term client relationships
