Are you highly detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated by work where accuracy truly matters? As an Automation Analyst, you will play an important role in reviewing medical evidence for automated personal injury claims, ensuring that data is accurate, documentation is complete, and claims are progressed in line with agreed protocols, service level agreements, industry standards, and legal guidelines.
In this role, you will review medical reports and supporting evidence, update medical data into COA where required, and use your judgement to prioritise work and make evidence-based decisions. You will also help identify trends, discrepancies, system issues, and anomalies, escalating these quickly so that the wider team can continue to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and customers.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing medical reports and evidence for personal injury claims, ensuring accurate documentation and COA updates where required
- Assessing, prioritising, and managing claims in line with agreed protocols, service level agreements, industry standards, and legal guidelines
- Maintaining high levels of quality, data accuracy, and data governance across Verisk-COA automated clients
- Identifying and escalating anomalies, discrepancies, trends, or system issues in a timely manner
- Supporting process improvement, insight generation, and collaboration across the team to help deliver strong customer outcomes
