As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will be part of the Professional Services (PS) team configuring Verint software for our global clients. Your focus will be on gaining hands-on experience with the company's Case Management (CM) product suite and assisting in the configuration of customer experience solutions.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Assist in client workshops for requirements gathering, providing input to produce configurations and code aligned with client needs.
- Assist in the development of specific sections of the design document, identify gaps, and contribute to solution design.
- Assist in the creation of test plans, participate in testing activities, and contribute to supporting documentation.
- Follow established guidelines for product installation, configuration, and customization, seeking guidance as needed.
- Provide assistance in triaging defects and support in fixing bugs.
- Verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
Essential:
- Familiarity with the following; Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSL.
- Basic knowledge of using Web Services.
- Fundamental knowledge of Object-Oriented design concepts.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design, particularly in relation to web design, electronic form design and mobile apps.
