We are looking for a sharp, curious, and hands-on analyst to join our Pricing team. You will help shape how Verint prices and packages its products, including how we monetize AI. You will partner directly with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT, and your analysis will reach senior leadership. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, visible impact, and a fast learning curve.

What You Will Do

  • Deal review and approval: Evaluate SMB sales opportunities against pricing guidelines and recommend approve, counter, or escalate, balancing deal velocity with pricing discipline.
  • Pricing insights and reporting: Build and maintain reporting across the product portfolio in Power BI or Tableau; identify discounting patterns and price optimization opportunities. Interpret and summarize trends that provide recommendations for executive decision making.
  • Financial modelling: Build models that quantify the revenue and margin impact of price changes, promotions, and packaging options.
  • Packaging and AI monetization: Support the design of a simpler good/better/best tier structure and the analysis of AI pricing models such as credits, consumption, outcome-based, or hybrid structures.
  • Portfolio simplification: Contribute to SKU rationalization across the combined Verint and Calabrio portfolio.
  • Competitive and market intelligence: Benchmark competitor pricing and revenue models and track how the CX market is evolving.
  • Seller enablement and execution: Help create pricing collateral, ROI tools, and guidance, and work with Sales Ops and Finance so pricing changes land cleanly in the field and in CRM.
  • Ad hoc projects: Lead high-priority pricing projects from question to recommendation.

What You Bring

  • B2B SaaS or software pricing experience, including subscription metrics (ARR, ACV, multi-year deals, renewals).
  • 2-5 years of experience in pricing, deal desk, FP&A, revenue or sales operations, product marketing, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; comfortable building a model from scratch and explaining every assumption.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau, and with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to turn analysis into a crisp recommendation.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote, results-oriented environment and across a matrix organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to packaging, AI, platform, or consumption-based pricing.
  • Contact center, workforce management, or CX software knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, Python, R, or other data skills.

Who Thrives Here

  • Analytical horsepower: You structure messy problems quickly, love numbers, and always ask "so what?"
  • Emotional intelligence: You listen first, read the room, and can say "no" to a sales rep in a way that strengthens the relationship.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves ownership: You take pride in quality, follow through on commitments, and are happy to do the unglamorous work that makes a big difference.
  • Comfort with change: You do well in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift as two companies become one.

Why Join Us

  • Shape pricing for one of the broadest AI-powered CX platforms in the market at a pivotal moment.
  • Get direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional decision-making early in your career.
  • Build expertise in AI monetization and packaging, two of the most in-demand skills in software.
  • Work fully remote with a collaborative team that invests in your growth.
