The Regional Field Installation Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality installations, service visits and technical support for customers across their assigned region. The role ensures all work is completed safely, accurately and in line with Verilocation’s technical and QA standards, contributing to a right-first-time customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Install telematics, cameras and vehicle systems to a high standard
- Complete diagnostics, service work and replacements
- Achieve high first-time-fix rates by following best-practice installation standards
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Upload job sheets, photos and documentation same day
- Work safely and represent Verilocation professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in vehicle installations, telematics or auto-electrics
- Strong wiring and fault-finding skills
- Confident, customer-focused communicator
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
Desirable: CANbus knowledge, telematics experience, or relevant technical qualifications.
