About the Role
VerifyUs is a growing job board dedicated to transparency and efficiency. We are looking for a Self-Starter Developer to take ownership of our next major evolution: transforming raw data into actionable insights and integrating AI to streamline the hiring process.
You won't just be maintaining a site; you will be building the engine that helps employers understand their reach and helps candidates find the perfect role through intelligent matching.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analytics Dashboards: Design and implement comprehensive dashboards for both employers and admins to track KPIs, application flows, and site traffic.
- AI Integration: Implement AI-driven features such as automated CV parsing, "Best Match" job recommendations, and intelligent search filtering.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and scale our cloud environment to ensure high performance as our data needs grow.
- Frontend Excellence: (Optional) Use React to build modern, reactive interfaces for our data visualization tools.
Required Skills
PHP:
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience or Google Cloud (prefered) or AWS, Azure.
- Data Visualization: Experience with libraries like Chart.js, D3.js, or similar for building statistics dashboards.
- AI/ML Interest: Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) integrating APIs like OpenAI, LangChain, or Pinecone for job matching and data extraction.
- Nice to HaveExperience with React for modern frontend builds.
- Background in the HR-tech or Job Board industry.
- Knowledge of SQL optimization for handling large datasets.
