Are you ready to join a fast-paced team driving field operations excellence? Perch Verify are looking for a Quality Controller. The Quality Controller will complete daily tasks to ensure the smooth running of a fast-paced operation of field services. This role requires somebody with great time management skills and the ability to complete tasks to a high standard. The role also requires somebody to prioritise workload for themselves and others to ensure daily tasks are complete within SLA. You will work closely with the Regional Managers, Office Manager, and Director of field operations. Many aspects of the role will be repetitive however the ability to quickly change plan and address issues as they arise is essential. You will oversee the quality checks of accounts visited by the field agents which consist of accurate information, photos, audio and notes to make sure they are at the business standard to return to clients.

So, what will your day-to-day look like? Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Full accountability of daily exception reports.
  • Daily checks on visits carried out.
  • Quality checks on accounts returned by field agents.
  • Field agent support.
  • Field stationery requests.

Does this sound like you? Competent with Microsoft Office is essential. Ability to prioritise and effectively time manage daily to ensure business critical tasks are complete on time. Clear understanding of exception reporting is desirable. Knowledge of geographical areas desirable.

The Application Timeline:
