We are currently looking for someone to carry out Supplier Recovery Management for a contract role based in Whitchurch. Verify will provide full-time tactical management support onsite to drive operational recovery and the establishment of structured processes and controls. The primary objective is to stabilise operations, implement robust workflows, and ensure consistent and transparent reporting to our customer.
The role will focus on hands-on management, process standardisation, and reinforcing accountability across suppliers teams to recover operational performance and ensure ongoing compliance with our customers' delivery and quality requirements.
Deliverables
- Expedited order book management: Ensure all 385 PO lines are prioritised effectively and have a delivery date and milestones that are tracked and reported.
- FAI prioritisation and completion: Manage and complete FAIs for applicable PO lines.
- Daily reporting for critical items: Provide updates on high-priority PO lines and FAIs requiring immediate attention.
- Weekly reporting for the entire order book: Deliver comprehensive updates on the status of all PO lines, FAIs, and risks.
Performance Metrics
- Operational Stability: Recovery of manufacturing operations to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Implementation: Successful setup of structured workflows and SOPs.
- Daily Reporting Accuracy: Timely and actionable updates on critical issues and progress.
- Weekly Reporting Effectiveness: Clear and comprehensive updates on recovery and process improvements.
- Risk Mitigation: Identification and resolution of risks impacting recovery and operational performance.
