We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Agent for a contract role based in Biggin Hill.

Job Description
- Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities, such as 8D and RCCA, with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify root causes and implement effective, long-term corrective actions.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure they are completed and effective.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to restore and maintain operational stability.
- Organize and support other Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including projects, monthly reports, and other reporting requirements.
Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical field, such as technology, technical documentation, technical writing, website development, or Microsoft Office.
- Strong experience with data collection, analysis, and program tracking.
- Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting.
- Strong experience organising and delivering training, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong experience writing policies and procedures, including coordinating related projects.
- Strong experience with bench marking and documentation mapping.
- Strong knowledge and experience with regulatory Quality Systems, including TCCA and FAA requirements, as well as Quality Assurance methods, processes, and techniques.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred
