NPI Manufacturing Engineering

Verify are currently seeking a supplier based NPI Manufacturing Engineer to work
on-site at a supplier facility in Western Ukraine (Mukachevo area anticipated).
Local accommodation will be provided.
Candidates must be fluent in Ukrainian for working with the supplier and shop‑floor personnel, and English for reporting and customer interaction.
The program involves supporting the establishment of a production capacity for machining of customer furnished forgings.
Primary Focus: Machining process deployment & manufacturing capability establishment
Role Purpose:
To establish, commission, and stabilise machining capability at customer supplier site for customer‑furnished forged components, ensuring new equipment, tooling, and processes are fully deployed and capable of supporting NPI production.
Primary Activity:
- Support commissioning and deployment of newly installed machining equipment supporting forged components
- Validate machining processes, tooling, fixtures, cutting strategies, and machine programmes
- Verify routings, set‑ups, and work instructions for machining of customer‑supplied forgings
