Supplier Quality Engineer in Kent

We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Agent for a contract role based in Biggin Hill. Industry: Aerospace Position: Supplier Quality Agent Location: Biggin Hill, United Kingdom Duration: Minimum 6 months Frequency: 40 hours per week Job Description: Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance. Lead structured problem-solving activities, such as 8D and RCCA, with cross-functional stakeholders. Identify root causes and implement effective, long-term corrective actions. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure they are completed and effective. Coordinate cross-functional activities to restore and maintain operational stability. Organize and support other Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including projects, monthly reports, and other reporting requirements. Job requirements: 5+ years of experience in a technical field, such as technology, technical documentation, technical writing, website development, or Microsoft Office. Strong experience with data collection, analysis, and program tracking. Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting. Strong experience organising and delivering training, with excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong experience writing policies and procedures, including coordinating related projects. Strong experience with bench marking and documentation mapping. Strong knowledge and experience with regulatory Quality Systems, including TCCA and FAA requirements, as well as Quality Assurance methods, processes, and techniques.
