The Vice President, Global Brand & Marketing Strategy is responsible for defining and orchestrating Veriforce's global brand, marketing, and digital strategy – scaling across regions while enabling strong local execution and demand generation. This role enables Veriforce to leverage its scale and position itself as the undisputed global leader in supply chain risk management, whilst never losing sight of the deep expertise and offerings within the core regions of the US, UK, and Canada. It unites brand and positioning, digital strategy, market and customer insight, and partner marketing under a single, coherent global agenda – with a clear line of sight to pipeline and revenue.
What that means day to day
- Global Brand & Marketing Strategy: Lead and evolve Veriforce's global brand and marketing strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging and customer experience across all markets. Develop frameworks and toolkits that enable regional teams to deliver locally relevant campaigns aligned to the global strategy.
- Market, Customer & Competitive Insight: Build a strong understanding of customers, competitors and market trends to shape positioning, messaging and go-to-market priorities. Manage key analyst relationships to strengthen Veriforce's market presence.
- Global Digital & Content Strategy: Shape the global digital and content strategy, working with regional teams to deliver engaging campaigns that build brand awareness and support demand generation. Oversee the corporate website and drive the adoption of new marketing technologies and AI to improve effectiveness.
- Global–Regional Integration: Foster strong collaboration between global and regional marketing teams, sharing best practice, insights and scalable ways of working. Ensure global strategies are successfully adapted for regional markets.
- Demand Generation & Performance Alignment: Develop marketing frameworks that support regional pipeline growth and commercial success. Define performance measures and promote a culture of continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Global Partner & Ecosystem Marketing: Develop partner marketing programmes that strengthen strategic alliances and create new growth opportunities.
- Leadership & Governance: Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on brand and marketing. Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring investment delivers measurable business impact.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (Master's degree desirable).
- Significant senior marketing experience, ideally within B2B software or technology, covering brand, digital marketing and demand generation.
- Proven success developing and delivering global marketing strategies across multiple regions.
- Strong experience in brand positioning, messaging and creating marketing programmes that drive measurable business growth.
- Experience working with regional marketing teams to deliver globally aligned campaigns.
- Knowledge of partner or ecosystem marketing and strategic co-marketing initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a data-driven approach and experience using marketing analytics and marketing technology platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work collaboratively across a global organisation.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%), including to the US.
