This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and scaling a partner network that accelerates revenue growth, extends our market presence, and delivers lasting value to our customers. Sitting at the heart of the commercial organisation, this role owns and drives all partner-generated revenue, working cross-functionally to align partnerships with broader business objectives. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, forging strong relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and creating a partner model that is both scalable and sustainable.
What that means day to day
- Define and implement the company’s partner programme and tiering model
- Recruit and develop high-value partners, particularly Strategic Alliances
- Own partner-driven revenue targets and growth strategy
- Establish commercial frameworks including: Discounting structures, Revenue share models, Partner incentives
- Build and manage executive-level partner relationships
- Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies
What you’ll need to be successful
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring significant experience in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise sales, with a strong track record of driving meaningful partner-led revenue growth. You’ll have hands-on experience designing and scaling channel programmes across VAR, referral, and strategic alliance models, along with the commercial acumen to identify and convert partnership opportunities into tangible results. Ideally, you’ll have operated within a SaaS or technology environment and have experience building partnerships from the ground up, scaling them to £1M+ ARR and beyond. An existing network of partners, particularly across managed service providers and system integrators, would be highly valuable, as would familiarity with partner programme tooling and CRM systems.
