We’re looking for a Health & Safety Officer to join our team! Reporting to the Health and Safety Team Leader, you’ll take the lead in supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office-based work and the flexibility to work from home. You’ll be focused on delivering remote health & safety support to clients who use our digital support packages—helping them stay safe, compliant, and confident in their day-to-day operations.
What that means day to day:
- Provide digital H&S Consultancy support such as SSIP application support, creation of policies and RAMS, Accident investigations, tender document guidance, COSHH creation & general H&S advice by phone, email, and digital call channels such as Teams and Skype.
- Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of dedicated clients.
- Ability to Demo and educate customers on the Safeworkforce software offering.
- Participate and support business improvement by participating in technical input to proposals/quotations, development plans and service improvements.
What you’ll need to be successful:
The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate proficiency in delivery of technical services and familiarity with legislation and best practices. They would also have or at least be working towards NEBOSH General or TechIOSH.
