As a Business Development Executive within the UK Supply Chain Division, you will be responsible for selling our SafeContractor accreditation to a number of clients, through inbound and outbound channels. Due to continued double-digit growth, we are expanding our team making this a fantastic time to join and be part of our success story.

If you’re someone who is driven to achieve sales targets, has a solid understanding of sales processes, and can demonstrate how you successfully navigate the sales cycle through discovery, identifying customer needs, and closing sales, then this might be the role for you!

What that means day to day

You’ll join a team that works from inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities. You’ll be an expert at managing your sales pipeline and will be someone who loves to strive towards continuous improvement from product knowledge through to sales capability!

You’ll Also Be Responsible For

  • Qualifying and following up on leads to build a robust sales pipeline, ensuring we fully understand our clients potential needs and proposing our solution to help them with a critical business lead.
  • Manage communications with prospective customers to maximise conversion rates and achieve revenue goals.
  • Foster strong relationships across internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and mobilisation of new clients.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities ensuring a full understanding of the broader product portfolio.
  • Cleansing sales data on a regular basis to make sure that all information relating to our customers is up to date.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets as well as working at pace.
  • A strong understanding of sales process and driving effective consultative sales conversations.
  • Ability to expertly navigate the sales cycle - from discovery and identifying customer needs to closing deals.
  • Experience in outbound B2B sales, following up leads through to successful conversion.
