Reporting to the HR Team Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for advising a portfolio of clients across different industries. The role is office based with the ability to work hybrid and will focus on providing remote HR Advice to all SafeHR HR clients.

What that means day to day:

  • Deliver customer-focused HR advice and support, escalating complex cases to HR Consultants/Senior HR Consultants where appropriate.
  • Provide legally compliant HR guidance and maintain key documentation including contracts, handbooks and policies across phone, email and digital channels.
  • Offer pragmatic and commercial employment advice while building strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Facilitate digital training, review sessions and promote HR products and services, identifying upselling opportunities and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems, while contributing to service improvements, business development initiatives and team capacity planning.

What you’ll need to be successful:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least two years' experience in HR, including managing employee relations cases, alongside a CIPD qualification. You will demonstrate strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven ability to deliver excellent service while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
