Role Overview

As a CHAS Verification Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping maintain the quality and integrity of our contractor verification process. Working as part of the Service Delivery team, you will review and assess information against established standards, ensuring accurate, timely, and high‑quality outcomes for our customers. Through your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service, you will contribute to our mission of helping bring workers home safely from high‑hazard jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Review, assess, and accurately process contractor information against a range of internal and externally regulated standards.
  • Complete verification and assessment activities in line with quality, productivity, and service‑level targets.
  • Provide support and guidance to contractors and colleagues by developing a strong understanding of CHAS standards and requirements.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and supporting a positive customer experience throughout the verification journey.
  • Utilise various systems and software platforms to manage data, maintain records, and support wider Service Delivery team activities.
