As a Business Development Associate at Verifile, youll help drive our growth by engaging with inbound enquiries, generating new opportunities through outbound activity and turning prospects into qualified sales conversations.
Youll build relationships, run discovery calls, manage your pipeline and use CRM, AI and sales technology to work smarter and improve conversion. Generate new business through inbound enquiries, outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns.
Sales experience in business development, telesales or another customer-facing role within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience in HR, People Services, technology, SaaS, compliance or regulated services Passion for sales and building relationships, with confidence communicating by phone, video and email. Comfortable using CRM systems to manage and track sales opportunities. Experience using sales and prospecting tools alongside a CRM.
Ambition to develop a career in sales, with an interest in progressing into a Business Development Manager role. A qualification or ongoing study in sales, marketing or business is a plus.
