About the role:

  • Act as a proactive point of contact for clients, building strong relationships to understand their objectives and challenges.
  • Develop and execute customised success plans that drive client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to our products and services.
  • Analyse client feedback and data to identify valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Track and communicate client progress, delivering reports to stakeholders to highlight successes and areas for growth.
