About the role:
- Act as a proactive point of contact for clients, building strong relationships to understand their objectives and challenges.
- Develop and execute customised success plans that drive client engagement and satisfaction.
- Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to our products and services.
- Analyse client feedback and data to identify valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Track and communicate client progress, delivering reports to stakeholders to highlight successes and areas for growth.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships in a professional setting.
