Job Overview

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Casino Content Specialist with a strong understanding of the casino industry, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for gaming.

In this role, you will:

• Develop compelling, high-quality content that engages players and builds brand loyalty.
• Take ownership of content strategy, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Create promotional content to market casino offers and game strategies.
• Engage with audiences, fostering a community of loyal players.
• Optimize content performance using analytics and platform insights.

This on-site role is based in London and requires working five days a week to collaborate closely with our fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality content across multiple formats, including articles, blog posts, social media, website copy, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand’s voice.
• Identify and create compelling content around the latest casino promotions.
• Use various content formats (social media, email campaigns, blog posts) to drive engagement.
• Build a strong casino gaming community by creating interactive content.
• Respond to followers, answer questions, and develop content that resonates with their interests.
• Use data insights and platform analytics to refine content strategies.
• Ensure content is optimized for discoverability, engagement, and reach.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, including new casino games, gambling regulations, and betting strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Deep understanding of casino games (Slots, Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Baccarat, Jackpot and other table games).
• Knowledge of casino player psychology and engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a collaborative content strategy.
• Experience in casino content creation, marketing, or social media management.
• Strong copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to write for multiple platforms.
• Ability to identify fresh content ideas and craft engaging narratives.
• Strong knowledge of current social media trends and engagement strategies.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, and an understanding of how to tailor content for each platform.
• Proficiency in Canva or other design tools to create visually appealing graphics and assets.
• Strong understanding of betting odds, casino mechanics, and gaming strategies.
• Ability to create insightful, data-driven content that educates and engages players.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven in content execution.
