Verified Electronics is looking for a reliable and organised Order Packing & Fulfilment Assistant to join our UK operations. The role will involve preparing customer orders, packing electronic products securely, and ensuring orders are accurate and ready for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
- Check product descriptions, quantities, and order details before packing.
- Pack electronic items safely and securely to prevent damage during delivery.
- Print and attach shipping labels and documentation.
- Prepare completed orders for courier collection or dispatch.
- Receive and organise incoming stock.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Keep the warehouse and packing area clean and organised.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock.
- Update order and stock information when required.
- Follow company procedures for handling and packing electronic equipment.
- Assist with general warehouse and fulfilment duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in order packing, warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Experience handling electronics or electrical components is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle packages.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
Working Hours
Monday–Friday: Full-time hours
Occasional additional hours may be required depending on order volumes.
Competitive salary, depending on experience.
