Senior Procurement Manager (London Area)

We are looking for a senior procurement professional, ideally with experience in marketing or market research, excited about working on a global spend remit in a fast-paced environment to join us as Senior Procurement Manager.

Purpose of the role:

In this key role, you will lead the global spend review across the UK, Europe, and APAC, establish the global strategy for all our large direct spend categories (data collection services, data processing translation, incentives), work closely with the business to support contract negotiations and ensure delivery of savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review our global supplier spend to identify savings opportunities
• Work with global and regional leadership to set procurement strategy, including savings targets
• Lead and support negotiations with our suppliers
• Implement metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery
• Communicate appropriately and establish positive partnership with internal business customers and with suppliers
• Regularly present strategy and progress to senior leadership

About you:

You’re likely to be a great fit for the role if you:

• Extensive experience working in a corporate procurement environment, performing vendor and contract management and negotiating complex deals, ideally in marketing or market research
• Have good contracts experience (should have a sound basis of contract law to negotiate most aspects of contracts – with limited legal input)
• Comfortable taking ownership of the procurement process and participating in supplier negotiations.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skill level
• Have proven relationship building skills, including with the senior leadership
