- Lead the delivery of impact and VfM evaluation projects, including scoping studies.
- Oversee the full evaluation data cycle including defining analysis plans, leading feasibility assessments, developing survey instruments, overseeing data collection and analysis, and disseminating results through written reports, briefing notes, presentations and workshops with stakeholders in the UK public sphere.
- Provide quality assurance to impact evaluation projects and quantitative research studies.
- Manage, oversee and develop junior colleagues.
- Strategy development, supporting the Evaluation Practice team to continue developing our evaluation offer, with a specific focus on growing our impact evaluation work.
- Maximise the impact of Verian’s work through the delivery of high-quality impact evaluation, producing evidence that inform the UK policy agenda, and showcasing our work externally (e.g. blogs, events, conferences).

- Highly organised, with track record in delivering projects to quality, timetable and within budget.
- Strong writing skills and presentation skills.
- Fluency working in R and/or Stata, including programming skills.
- A bonus if you also have a degree or post-graduate qualification in Economics or Statistics.
- Experience in designing and delivering economic analysis in line with the UK HMT Green Book.
