The role
Working across London you’ll visit a mix of commercial and residential properties helping customers manage and prevent pest issues.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Carrying out inspections, treatments and preventative work
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Managing your own schedule and working independently day-to-day
- Using mobile apps to record visits and complete reports
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional support or services
This is a varied and active role where you’ll be out in the field, building relationships with customers and making a real, visible difference.
Salary & earning potential
- Up to £29,942.50 basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications)
- £5,000 London Weighting Allowance

Opportunity to earn additional income through commission, leads, bonuses and incentives.
- Trainee starting salary: £27,834.98.
