We are looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team in Croydon. Whether you already have experience or are looking to start a new, hands-on career, this is a great opportunity to build practical skills while working in a role where no two days are the same. Full training is provided for those new to the industry, so we’re keen to hear from individuals with the right attitude, initiative and work ethic.
The role
Working across Croydon you’ll visit a mix of commercial and residential properties helping customers manage and prevent pest issues. You’ll be responsible for:
- Carrying out inspections, treatments and preventative work
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Managing your own schedule and working independently day-to-day
- Using mobile apps to record visits and complete reports
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional support or services
This is a varied and active role where you’ll be out in the field, building relationships with customers and making a real, visible difference.
Salary & earning potential
- Up to £29,500 basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications)
- £5,000 London Weighting Allowance
- Opportunity to earn up to an additional £6,000 through commission, leads, bonuses and incentives
- Trainee starting salary: £27,834.98
