Vergo Pest Management Ltd is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK. We are looking for a customer‑facing Pest Control Technician to join our team in and around Bicester. Our comprehensive range of services includes rodent, bird, insect and wildlife management. You’ll be at the sharp end of our service, carrying out inspections and treatments for commercial, residential and government properties and promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.
Salary: up to £29,500 based on qualifications and experience + up to £6,000 extra through leads, commission, bonus schemes and incentives. Trainee salary of £26,740 increasing to £28,000 once qualified.
Minimum criteria:
- Full UK driver’s licence
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Live within a 40‑mile radius of the advertised area
- Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
- Methodical and systematic approach to work
- Comfortable using mobile phone apps
- Excellent attention to detail
