Through continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our team, working in Weston Super Mare. Job Summary
You’ll be the sharp end of our service for commercial, residential and government properties where you’ll visit customers across your area to carry out inspections, treatments and promote additional work if the opportunity arises.
Salary & Incentives
Salary package up to £29,500 based on qualifications and experience. All technicians can increase take home pay by up to £6,000 through leads, commission, bonus schemes and incentives.
Trainees starting salary £26,740, rising to £28,000 when qualified.
Minimum Criteria
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Live within a 40 mile radius of the area advertised
- Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
- Methodical and systematic approach to work
- Comfortable using mobile phone apps
- Excellent attention to detail
