We're a multi-award-winning architecture studio delivering some of the UK's most innovative and technically challenging projects. We are looking for a highly collaborative and technically driven senior architect with strong Revit skills to join our London studio. You will lead the technical coordination, detailed design, and delivery of complex projects, bringing exceptional technical expertise, a passion for how buildings are put together, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams through all stages of project delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the technical design, coordination, and delivery of projects
  • Drive quality, technical excellence, and project performance
  • Manage client and consultant relationships
  • Mentor team members and support studio growth
  • Champion best practice, innovation, and BIM/Revit standards

What we're looking for:

  • Strong technical and project delivery experience
  • Advanced Revit proficiency
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders

About you:

  • ARB registered Architect with 5+ years’ post-Part 3 experience in the UK, ideally RIBA work stages 3 to completion
  • Calm, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Adaptable and composed under pressure
  • Professional, personable and keen to continue developing
