We are looking for a hands-on Senior Architect or experienced Technician with strong project running expertise across RIBA stages 3+, capable of leading and coordinating teams with confidence, integrity and impact. What you’ll do:
- Lead projects from start-up to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Champion innovation and technical excellence across all design and delivery stages.
- Manage and mentor teams, foster collaboration and nurture a culture of learning.
- Support business development and contribute to growth and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical design and project management skills.

- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional time management with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
