Veremark is a remote-first HR tech scale-up on a mission to help the world trust faster. We started with background and reference checking, pioneering an entirely new approach through Verepass - a blockchain solution which facilitates instant verification by enabling candidates to own, manage, and share their securely-held and verified career credentials. We have recently launched our second product - a Whistleblowing platform with end-to-end encryption enabling employees to report issues safely and anonymously. But this is just the beginning. Join us and become part of the journey using technology to help the world trust faster.

What will you be doing?

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong track record of shipping impactful features, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving product outcomes in a SaaS environment. You’ll be a key voice in shaping our roadmap and ensuring our platform delivers real value to HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and compliance professionals. Specifically, you will:

  • Own the full product lifecycle for key features of our HR Tech platform - from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, operations, and sales to gather input, validate solutions, and launch high-impact features.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and day-to-day product decisions for one or more agile squads.
  • Own the product roadmap in your area: balance customer feedback, business goals, and technical constraints to make smart trade-offs.
  • Stay on top of regulatory trends, HR workflows, and emerging technologies to keep our product relevant and forward-thinking.
  • Monitor product usage, define success metrics, and use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes.

What are we looking for?

  • Over 5 years of product management experience, including 2 years within a comparable SaaS scale-up.
  • Solid technical foundation - you can have meaningful conversations with engineers, understand APIs and system architecture, and write detailed technical specs.
  • Strong analytical skills - you know how to dig into data, user feedback, and edge cases to inform priorities.
  • Experience working in agile environments and leading scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you bring clarity and structure to cross-functional teams.
  • A customer and outcomes-driven mindset - you care about solving real problems, not just shipping features.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in HR tech, compliance, legal tech, or similar regulated spaces.
  • Good knowledge of AI and Automation tools.
  • Previous experience with integrations, APIs and permission/role-based systems.

Who are we?

We are an all-remote organisation with ~140 people spread across the world. We value Trust, Integrity, Data and Experience in everything we do - from the way we collaborate to the products we create. We’re focused on transforming the industry while partnering with many of the leading technology platforms in the People & Talent ecosystem. And we’re growing fast. Having recently been ranked in Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50 for the second year running, we’re looking for brilliant people, fast thinkers and passionate change-drivers to join our expanding team.
