Veremark is the global market leader in background screening and whistleblowing technology, operating in 180 countries. We are experiencing rapid growth and scaling our go-to-market engine to match. We believe deeply in hiring right, investing in our people, and building a high-performance, inclusive, remote-first culture.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Content Manager to own and execute Veremark’s content engine across organic growth, demand generation, and brand authority. This role is responsible for turning strategy into execution — planning, creating and distributing content that drives traffic, engagement and leads, while supporting wider marketing campaigns, PR activity and internal communications. You will work closely with Demand Gen, Performance Marketing, Product and Sales to ensure content is aligned to commercial priorities and real buyer needs. This is a hands-on role. You will be writing, editing, briefing, publishing and optimising content yourself, while also coordinating freelancers or agencies where needed. You’ll be expected to spot gaps, solve problems proactively and continuously improve how content performs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies that support organic growth (SEO-led) and demand generation, aligned to Veremark’s ICPs, products and priority markets.
- Own the content calendar end-to-end, balancing long-term initiatives (SEO, pillar content, case studies) with fast-turn campaign and launch support.
- Create and oversee high-quality content across multiple formats, including blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, sales enablement assets and social content.
- Manage and execute Veremark’s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging, regular cadence and strong alignment to campaigns and launches.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen, Performance Marketing and Sales to ensure content supports pipeline creation, demo requests and account engagement.
- Track and analyse content performance across channels, using data to optimise topics, formats, distribution and conversion paths.
- Support PR and internal communications by creating content that reinforces Veremark’s positioning, values and growth story.
- Work cross-functionally with design, product, sales and external contributors to ensure consistency in tone, messaging and brand standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in content marketing or content strategy, ideally in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment.
- Proven ability to create content that drives organic growth, engagement and lead generation — not just awareness.
- Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience managing and executing social media content across relevant platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content.
- Comfortable working with CMS and marketing tools (e.g. Webflow, HubSpot, GA, SEO tools).
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in B2B, regulated, or complex buying environments is a plus, as is experience working with freelancers or agencies.
