About the Role
Our client, a well-established engineering consultancy, is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer / Associate to join their team in Leicester. This is a leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing projects, supporting the team, and working closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects
- Produce and review structural designs

Requirements
- Around 10+ years' experience in structural engineering
- Strong design experience (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Working knowledge of BIM / Revit environments
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
