Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, and sourcing high-quality candidates.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within engineering or finance sectors, or a strong interest in developing expertise within these markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development

- Candidate Management

- Maintain and grow existing client accounts
- Ensure high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide market insights and hiring advice to clients
- Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from role qualification to placement

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a sales / business development role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
