The business is happy to support the right candidate with further electrical training and qualifications where required.\\n\\nEngineers will participate in a structured on-call rota, supporting out-of-hours emergency response.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nService, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of:\\n\\nAddressable and conventional fire alarm systems\\nIntruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems\\nEmergency lighting systems\\nRemote signalling systems (e.g. Redcare, Dualcom)\\n\\nCarry out small-scale electrical works, including lighting and basic electrical repairs\\nEnsure all works comply with relevant British Standards and regulations\\nComplete accurate service reports and documentation\\nProvide a professional, customer-focused service during site visits\\nSupport reactive call-outs as part of the on-call rota\\nRequirements\\n\\nProven experience within the fire and security engineering sector\\nCompetent across fire and security systems (multi-disciplined preferred)\\nElectrical knowledge with the ability to complete minor electrical works\\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations / electrical qualifications desirable (16th or 17th Edition considered, with training provided)\\nAbility to pass full security vetting (NPPV2 Full Clearance)\\nFull UK driving licence\\nWhatβs on Offer\\n\\nCompetitive salary in the region of Β£37,000 β Β£40,000\\nEnhanced on-call payments (standby and call-out rates)\\nFully maintained company vehicle and fuel card\\nCompany uniform and PPE provided\\n23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (lieu days for bank holidays worked)\\nAnnual leave increases with length of service\\nWorkplace pension scheme\\nEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)\\nOngoing training and professional development, including electrical qualifications\\nComplimentary access to an on-site health club\\nEmployee referral scheme\\nWorking Hours\\n\\n40 hours per week, Monday to Friday\\nWorking hours between 7:30am β 4:30pm
