The role offers exposure to a wide range of projects across multiple sectors and supports ongoing professional development.\\n\\n Key Responsibilities\\n\\nStructural design and technical detailing using industry-standard software, including Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD\\n\\nContribution to projects across education, health, industrial, commercial, and housing sectors\\n\\nInvolvement in designs ranging from small housing schemes to multi-storey developments, with construction values between £250,000 and £30 million\\n\\nSupport on projects delivered to BIM Level 2\\n\\nStructural design using steel, timber, masonry, and reinforced concrete\\n\\nApplication of geotechnical engineering principles within structural designs\\n\\nSupporting less experienced team members where required\\n\\n Skills & Experience \\n\\n Essential:\\n\\nMinimum 3 years' experience in a Structural Technician role or similar\\n\\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD\\n\\nKnowledge of Revit\\n\\nStrong analytical skills\\n\\nOND level qualification in a related discipline or higher\\n\\nSound knowledge of geotechnical engineering\\n\\n Desirable:\\n\\nStrong teamwork ethic\\n\\nSelf-motivated approach\\n\\nStrong focus on client care\\n\\n Education & Professional Development\\n\\nQualified to OND level or higher in a relevant discipline\\n\\nAssistance available toward membership of relevant professional institutions if required\\n\\nProven support and mentoring towards ICE or IStructE membership\\n\\nTraining opportunities available to support progression to HNC and degree-level qualifications\\n\\n Personal Attributes\\n\\nStrong analytical and problem-solving ability\\n\\nAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\\n\\nConfident communicator, both verbally and in written English\\n\\nClient-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
