Job Title: 2nd 3rd Line Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related technologies.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the M365 suite, including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
– Manage and maintain legacy HCL Domino Notes environments as needed.
– Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
– Monitor system performance and implement optimisations to enhance stability and user experience.
– Participate in migrations, upgrades, and rollouts of SharePoint and other M365 products.
– Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and operational processes for future reference.
– Stay current with updates, best practices, and innovations in M365
Desirable Skills:
– Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration
– Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and customisation
– Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Teams Administrator, or Security Administrator) would be an asset but not mandatory
