Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Highway Engineering Team Lead at Associate level to support the management and development of an expanding highways engineering team delivering a range of infrastructure schemes across the development sector.
- Lead delivery of highways design schemes including S278, S38 and S184 works
- Provide pre-planning highway engineering advice on development projects
- Oversee technical design outputs and ensure quality of drawings and reports
- Manage workload and resources across the highways engineering team
- Monitor project finances and manage scope changes
- Support business development and follow-up of project opportunities
- Liaise with transport planning teams on cross-discipline projects
Qualifications:
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
- Strong highways engineering experience within consultancy
- Strong commercial and project management awareness
