We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, and sourcing high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within engineering or finance sectors, or a strong interest in developing expertise within these markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Identify and win new business opportunities within target industries
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Candidate Management
    • Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates using multiple channels
    • Conduct interviews, screening, and skills assessments
    • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Account Management
    • Maintain and grow existing client accounts
    • Ensure high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction
    • Provide market insights and hiring advice to clients
  • Recruitment Delivery
    • Manage the full 360 recruitment process from role qualification to placement
    • Write and advertise job specifications
    • Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations
Required Skills & Experience
  • Essential
    • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a sales/business development role
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
