A growing consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of civil infrastructure schemes across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments from planning through to construction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design drainage systems in line with SuDS, Sewers for Adoption and Building Regs
  • Deliver highways design including S278 and S38 schemes
  • Produce infrastructure layouts and engineering drawings
  • Review technical outputs including reports and drawings
  • Manage project delivery across multiple schemes
  • Support coordination of internal and external resources
  • Prepare fee proposals and support budget management
  • Attend client meetings and site visits
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Support planning submissions and technical approvals

Skills and experience:

  • Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years' consultancy experience
  • Strong drainage and highways design background
  • Experience across planning and delivery stages
  • AutoCAD and Civil 3D / Site3D proficiency
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
