A specialist Building Control and Fire Safety consultancy is seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector to join its Senior Management Team. This is a rare opportunity for an RBI Class 3G/3H professional to combine strategic leadership, team management and hands-on Building Control delivery within a growing and highly respected consultancy.
The Role
- Lead and develop a team of Registered Building Inspectors
- Play a key role in business growth and strategic decision-making
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality Building Control and consultancy services
- Manage workload allocation, performance and professional development
- Maintain responsibility for a portfolio of Building Control projects and clients

Requirements
- Registered Building Inspector (RBI) Class 3G or 3H
- Extensive Building Control experience
- Previous management, leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
