A well-established and highly regarded environmental compliance provider is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join its expanding field-based operations team. With over two decades of industry expertise and recognition among the UK's leading water treatment specialists, the organisation delivers high-quality Legionella control, water treatment, and air quality services nationwide.

Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for a competent Risk Assessor to work across a diverse portfolio of sites including residential properties, commercial buildings, educational facilities, care homes, and healthcare environments. The role focuses on delivering UKAS-aligned Legionella Risk Assessments that ensure full regulatory compliance and safeguard public health.

  • Annual bonus up to £6,000 (£500 per month)
  • Overtime paid at 30% of project value

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments across a broad range of property types
  • Identify and evaluate Legionella risks within water systems
  • Liaise with internal Quality and Compliance teams to maintain reporting standards
  • Travel surrounding areas as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the Water Hygiene sector and/or conducting Legionella Risk Assessments
  • Strong understanding of Legionella risk management and control measures
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Competent in using digital reporting systems and mobile technology
  • Recognised Legionella Risk Assessor qualification (e.g. City & Guilds, BOHS, Water Management Society)
  • A DBS check is required for this position.
