Key Responsibilities- Delivering defect diagnosis and condition surveys across commercial assets
- Leading and supporting dilapidations instructions
- Managing project delivery including specifications, tendering and contract administration
- Undertaking technical due diligence
- Reviewing licences to alter
- Supporting reinstatement cost assessments alongside specialist teams
- Contributing to fire safety and building safety remediation projects
- Managing instructions from inception to completion while maintaining client relationships
- Chartered status (MRICS / MCABE) - essential
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Strong commercial property experience
- Proven experience across professional services and project work
- Confident, client-facing communicator
