The business delivers a broad range of commercial surveying and building safety projects across the UK and offers a strong pipeline of work, varied instructions, and clear progression opportunities within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering defect diagnosis and condition surveys across commercial assets
- Leading and supporting dilapidations instructions
- Managing project delivery including specifications, tendering and contract administration
- Undertaking technical due diligence
- Reviewing licences to alter
- Supporting reinstatement cost assessments alongside specialist teams
- Contributing to fire safety and building safety remediation projects
- Managing instructions from inception to completion while maintaining client relationships
Requirements
- Chartered status (MRICS / MCABE) - essential
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Strong commercial property experience
