A growing consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of civil infrastructure schemes across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments from planning through to construction.
Key responsibilities:
- Design drainage systems in line with SuDS, Sewers for Adoption and Building Regs
- Deliver highways design including S278 and S38 schemes
- Produce infrastructure layouts and engineering drawings
- Review technical outputs including reports and drawings
- Manage project delivery across multiple schemes
- Support coordination of internal and external resources
- Prepare fee proposals and support budget management
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Mentor junior engineers
- Support planning submissions and technical approvals
Skills and experience:
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years' consultancy experience
- Strong drainage and highways design background
- Experience across planning and delivery stages
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D / Site3D proficiency
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
