You will have genuine ownership of your projects, working closely with clients, main contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to a consistently high standard. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness, leadership skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

  • Project Planning & Mobilisation - developing delivery strategies, programmes and mobilisation plans.
  • Design & Technical Coordination - coordinating designs, drawings, specifications and technical information with relevant stakeholders.
  • Procurement & Supply Chain - managing procurement, suppliers, materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.
  • Site & Installation Management - providing leadership and direction to subcontractors, engineers and site teams throughout installation.
  • Health & Safety - ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, site requirements and company procedures.
  • Quality & Compliance - maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring projects meet contractual and technical requirements.
  • Programme & Project Control - monitoring progress, managing programmes and proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Commercial & Financial Management - managing project costs, variations, forecasting, financial performance and final accounts.
  • Client & Main Contractor Management - building strong, professional relationships and acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Commissioning & Handover - coordinating commissioning, completion, documentation, snagging and final client sign-off.
  • Post-Completion - ensuring outstanding matters are resolved and projects are properly closed out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership and accountability for assigned projects from start to finish.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and internal teams.
  • Make confident, informed decisions and resolve issues proactively.
  • Identify commercial, technical and operational risks before they impact delivery.
  • Maintain close control of programme, quality, costs and profitability.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, main contractors and key project stakeholders.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction across project teams.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to project management systems, processes and procedures.
  • Represent the business professionally at all times.
