An established and growing environmental and compliance business is looking to recruit experienced Asbestos Surveyors across Hampshire, Bristol and Dorset due to continued contract growth and increased client demand. The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of asbestos surveying duties across commercial, industrial and public sector sites. The client requires individuals who are confident working independently and able to hit the ground running from day one.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys
  • Producing accurate survey reports in line with current legislation and company standards
  • Identifying asbestos-containing materials and assessing associated risks
  • Working across a variety of client sites
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service
  • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with HSG264 guidelines

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
  • Strong knowledge of UK asbestos legislation and HSG264
  • Experience producing clear and accurate survey reports
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Additional BOHS qualifications would be advantageous.
