Role Descriptions
- Engineers/Graduate Engineers: Professionals at engineer and graduate engineer levels are sought to conduct site surveys, prepare technical documentation and reports, and liaise with client representatives. Suitable candidates should possess a strong academic background, ideally with some understanding of HVAC and water distribution systems in buildings. While specialist training will be provided, proficiency in report writing is essential. Although a degree is not mandatory, academic study related to Building Services is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to further their qualifications in line with the organisation's Personal Development Plan.
- Intermediate/Senior Engineers: Intermediate and senior engineers are required to manage a portfolio of client contracts, taking technical responsibility while maintaining client relationships. Although some site work will be necessary, the primary focus of these roles will be contract management and technical oversight. Candidates should have a solid academic record and, more importantly, substantial practical experience with HVAC and water distribution systems in buildings.
