- Relevant industry qualifications including COCN1, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1, TRCP1
- Solid understanding of commercial gas systems and mechanical installations

Role Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment, including gas and oil boilers, pumps, and associated plant
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair work
- Diagnosing faults and ensuring optimal performance of mechanical systems
